Superior
Nannies LLC knows how difficult it can be to find the right childcare
position. We are here to help you find the right family to work
for. We are looking for dependable, reliable, caring, compassionate,
patient, and mature nannies to work for families in the Boulder, Louisville,
Superior, Westminster, Broomfeild and Denver areas.
SUPERIOR NANNIES CAREGIVERS MUST BE:
· Have
at least 2 years of child care experience outside of your family after being 18 years old.
· Able
to provide your own insured, reliable vehicle to take to and from the job each
day
· Able
to prove a valid drivers license
· CPR
and or First aide certified or willing to get certified with in the first month
of hire
· Able to provide SUPERIOR NANNIES with
the names and numbers of at least two childcare references that are not related
to you.
· Eligible to work in the United States.
· Willing to provide a clean criminal
back round check.
• Willing to stay with a family for a minimum of
one year if permanent.
• Willing to do light housekeeping
related to the children.
Step #1: FILL OUT THE NANNY APPLICATION
FORM ONLINE
It
is important to be as thorough as possible. Please try to be as accurate with
your dates as possible. Our goal is to learn as much about you as we can.
This will help us to place you with a family that has the requirements you are
looking for.
Step #2: FACE-TO-FACE INTERVIEW WITH A
SUPERIOR NANNIES STAFF MEMBER
If
you meet the requirements above Superior Nannies will contact you. This
is your chance to shine. Tell us about yourself and your knowledge of child
development and childcare. You will be asked to bring a copy of you
driver’s license and CPR certification as well as a copy your child care
knowledge questionnaire that will be emailed to you upon completion of your
online application form.
Step #3: SUPERIOR NANNIES WILL CHECK
YOUR REFERENCES
We
will check childcare, past employment references and will verify your
education. We want to find out that you are reliable, dependable, mature,
patient, creative, caring and loving with children, follow directions, and
eligible for rehire.
PERMANENT
NANNIES and PART TIME NANNIES
Step #4: INTERVIEWING WITH THE FAMILIES
After
the families have been provided with your information and they are interested
we will contact you to set up an interview. During the interview you will have
the chance to meet the family, interact with the children
and learn more details about the position.
Step #5: HIRING PROCESS
If
the family decides to employ you then it is recommended that you and the family
sign a family/nanny contract. This contract should include the number of hours
to be worked, salary, benefits, and rules to be followed. Superior
Nannies supplies families with these contracts. You will be in agreement with Superior
Nannies LLC that you will not start work until the family has paid the referral
fee.
