Nannies LLC is here to make finding the perfect care for your child
stress-free, easy and affordable.
1. Once we receive your online application form
we will start the search for the perfect addition to your family and childcare
needs.
2. We will set up a phone consultation to find out all of the details of your family and your childcare and household needs.
3. A $200 registration fee is due and Superior Nannies LLC will write up a detailed job posting for your family.
We will then broadcast it to all of the qualified nannies in our nanny pool as well as post it to our other trusted resources.
4. Superior Nannies LLC will start screening new nannies and sending over qualified nannies to you.
You will review each nanny's profile and decide if you would like to interview them or not.
Jennifer will help you set up either a virtual or in person interview as well as trial days.
5. Once you find a potential candidate you can do 1-2 paid trial days to be sure it is a good fit for your family and the nanny.
6. Superior Nannies LLC will run the nanny's background and driving record check once the family decides to hire the nanny.
7. Superior Nannies LLC will help with the family/nanny contract and tax with holding and benefit resources.
8. The placement fee is due once the nanny accepts the job and before her 1st day of work.
